Requests for Proposals

MNsure may identify the need for outside expertise in a particular area. In some instances we will solicit a contractor through a request for proposal (RFP) process. RFPs are posted here and at the State Register.

To ensure a level playing field for all interested parties, MNsure staff cannot converse with prospective vendors in advance by phone, nor meet in person.
