Updated Payment and Case Association Policies for Navigators and CACs

MNsure has released new policies and procedures related to /assister-central/navigator-one-stop/policy-procedures/navigator-payment-policy.jspnavigator payments and /assister-central/navigator-one-stop/policy-procedures/assister-case-association-policy.jspassociating with a consumer’s case. We have also released an updated version of the /assets/assister-case-association-form_tcm34-261583.pdfAssister Case Association Form (PDF). All navigators are urged to carefully review these policies and immediately begin using the new form when appropriate to ensure that MNsure can issue accurate payments to your organization.
