Please report your issues or questions about the assister portal!

You can help MNsure improve the assister portal by reporting problems or letting us know how we can help you understand and utilize information available through the assister portal. We greatly appreciate you taking the extra time to report issues and questions to us so we can improve the experience for all assisters! 

Please take these steps if you believe the assister portal is not functioning as expected, or if you see information that you do not know how to interpret:

  1. Take a screen shot. 
  2. Send the screen shot to the ARC or Broker Line in a secure email (please refer to our /assister-central/policies/secure-email.jspSecure Email Policy for instructions). Please include the following information:
  • The screen shot.
  • The time the screen shot was taken.
  • A detailed description of the steps you had taken with the consumer that led up to the screen shot. 
  • A description of why you believe the assister portal is not functioning as expected, or what information you do not know how to interpret.
  • The consumer’s name and date of birth.
