Starting 06/22/2017, Navigators and CAC's will not be able to reach the ARC using the current toll-free number

Due an upgrade to MNsure’s phone lines, starting Thursday June 22, navigators and CAC’s will temporarily not be able call the ARC using the toll-free number (844.520.8695—option 2). Navigators/CAC’s can still reach the ARC using the direct line (651.539.2098).

If an assister wants to avoid a possible long-distance charge, they can call the main contact center line (855.366.7873) and ask to be transferred to the ARC. A new toll-free direct-dial line for the ARC will be available shortly. Please watch for updates via assister central and the navigator communication
