ST. PAUL, Minn.-MNsure today announced the launch of a dedicated service line for MNsure's agents and brokers who have questions for the state's health insurance marketplace.
This dedicated line supplements the online and email resources MNsure has in place to support their agent and broker community. Help is available for the following topics, and more:

"We know that having in-person help from an expert is imperative, and we want to support and empower our broker and agent partners to the very best of our ability."
The toll-free broker help line is 1-844-520-8695. Broker One Stop, found on the MNsure website, is a robust source of information and help for agents and brokers and can be found at this link. Support also is available via our secure inquiry web form for agents and brokers. Consumers with questions about enrollment or in need of assistance should call the MNsure Contact Center for assistance at 1-855-366-7873.
Launch of the Broker Help Line follows MNsure's recent announcement of a solicitation for partnership proposals to establish convenient walk-in sites which will provide face-to-face assistance from MNsure certified brokers, navigators and other assisters. These walk-in sites will be open throughout open enrollment, which runs from November 15, 2014, through February 15, 2015.
Free, in-person assistance is available for Minnesotans who have questions about MNsure or who need help with enrollment. Certified navigators and brokers are available throughout the state. MNsure's online assister directory can be found on the website.
MNsure is the only place Minnesotans can find out if they are eligible for cost savings such as tax credits, low-cost or even no-cost insurance.
Since the launch of MNsure, 347,139 Minnesotans have enrolled in quality, affordable coverage through MNsure. 55,214 are enrolled in a qualified health plan, 216,367 in Medical Assistance and 75,558 in MinnesotaCare. As of May 2014, 95 percent of Minnesotans have health coverage. Open enrollment for 2015 coverage begins November 15, 2014
