PAUL, Minn. - As thousands of Minnesotans obtain health insurance coverage through MNsure, many securing coverage for the first time, a number of questions arise ranging from eligibility and payments to coverage options and provider networks. MNsure is reminding Minnesotans about the various resources available to help get those questions answered. Where you go for help can depend on your specific question.
MNsure Contact Center
The MNsure Contact Center can assist with general, technical and account-related questions. If you were determined eligible for an advanced premium tax credit, or are purchasing a qualified health plan, the Contact Center can also answer questions about your application status.

If you were determined eligible for Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare, you should call the MHCP Member Help Desk for any question relating to your application, billing or coverage.
Specific Health Insurance Company
