Consumer Assistance Webinar June 11, 2013

MNsure will be partnering with trusted organizations all over the state to provide consumer assistance and community outreach and education. This webinar, presented by MNsure and hosted by the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits will help organizations learn more about the Navigator and In-Person Assister programs as well as the outreach and infrastructure funding that is available.

During the webinar, MNsure staff will address:

  • Why and how MNsure hopes to partner with nonprofit organizations to provide consumer assistance and community outreach and education
  • What customer assistance partners (particularly navigators and in-person assisters) will be required to do
  • What funding is available to become a customer assistance partner
  • How to apply for the funding that is available
  • How proposals will be reviewed

Participants will have the opportunity during the call to pose questions to MNsure staff.
