FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ST. PAUL, Minn.—MNsure's broker enrollment center initiative will continue into its fifth year, with 14 broker agencies across Minnesota.

The selected agencies provide and staff convenient walk-in sites for residents of surrounding communities. Face-to-face assistance from MNsure certified brokers is available. Selected sites will combine marketing efforts to encourage Minnesotans to visit the walk-in sites throughout the open enrollment period, November 1, 2018 – January 13, 2019.

MNsure was one of the first states to pilot a broker enrollment center initiative. Since its initial success, the program has continued to build and establish a first-class network of walk-in centers throughout Minnesota. As a state-based exchange, MNsure has not been affected by recent cuts to federally-funded enrollment assistance programs.

“Our broker enrollment centers have helped thousands of Minnesotans find and understand their coverage,” said Acting CEO Nate Clark. “We are excited to continue this crucial initiative during MNsure's sixth open enrollment period.”
