Starting on December 12 through the end of Open Enrollment, we will begin to offer specific consumers the option to have their application closed in lieu of reporting changes. There are important limitations on what types of cases we can close:
We will only close applications that DO NOT have an enrollment for 2018 attached to them.
We will only close QHP households, or households with no active public program span.
Application closures can only happen over the phone and only with the consumer present.
