If you are in need of a status check for an AOR, new enrollment or life event, please submit the request by email. Requests by email save time on the phone and are processed by Broker Team representatives as quickly as possible. Please wait at least seven business days prior to sending in a request on a newly submitted enrollment to allow for processing time.
