Tips for using the online Navigator Case Association Form

In the last few weeks, the ARC has noticed an increase in navigators submitting Online Case Association forms with incomplete or incorrect data. Forms with incomplete data cannot be processed so that organization cannot be paid for the work they did on that application or enrollment. Here are some tips to make sure you have completed the form completely and correctly:

  • Fill out the form all the way to the final “submit” button. If you fill out all the required fields on each page, and click the submit button, your form should be complete.
  • Include a date of birth for each applicant on the form. Make sure that you are not entering today’s date in the date of birth field.
  • The online form must be submitted within 30 days of the application. Online forms submitted more than 30 days after the application date will not be processed.
