ARC Assister Portal Access Procedure

The ARC staff sets up new assister portal accounts and maintains them.

To gain portal access, the assister must complete certification, pass the portal training, and have their organization send in a roster giving permission for them to access the portal. The assister must have a specific email that is only accessed by them in order to have an assister account (i.e. or is not acceptable).
