When completing an application for a consumer, a physical address must be used when completing the residential address portion of the application. Please be aware that using a PO Box as a residential address instead of a fixed address is not considered reasonably compatible with attesting to being a resident of Minnesota. Populations who are excluded from this requirement are consumers who indicate they are homeless on the application or if the consumer is part of the Safe at Home program.
