Tips for Contacting the ARC

Helping you with requests requires that ARC team members to log into different systems. Members take many calls in which the assister’s name and ID are shared and then quickly three pieces of consumer personally identifiable information (PII) are given without first identifying the purpose for the call. Be sure to state the reason for your call before sharing consumer PII as it helps the ARC team member to know which system(s) they must access to assist you.

Be patient – give the ARC team member time to look up information and match PII. Any time the ARC does a username and password reset, in the background, they also review the case and will alert you if a case is open that would prevent applying.
