The ARC team has had a few technical tickets submitted recently for missing blue bar issues on accounts that actually did not have any blue bar issues. After submitting an application, a blue navigation bar is visible in the consumer account after clicking “Go to my account.” If a consumer has submitted multiple applications from different accounts, this bar will no longer appear as expected. Please be sure to work with your consumer to find in the account if the blue bar is truly not present. The blue bar in the account can be seen in the image above this announcement.
