Navigator organizations that wish to request per-enrollee payment enrollment reports for FY 2023 must complete the /assets/Enrollment-Report-Request-FY2023_tcm34-549243.pdfEnrollment Report: FY 2023 Enrollment Report Request Form (PDF), and submit it to the ARC.
