MNsure will be sending emails to assisters who have assister portal associations with consumers who were enrolled in a public program where their eligibility was re-assessed as part of the restart of public program renewals. MNsure will notify assisters if the consumer’s updated eligibility is for a qualified health plan. These emails will provide the consumer’s name, date of birth, case number, previous coverage and end date of the consumer’s public program coverage. 

The emails are requesting that the assister reach out to affected consumers to assist with their qualified health plan enrollment to prevent a gap in health care coverage.
