Denied Online Account Requests: All questions related to denied account requests in the online account request form must be emailed. The ARC staff members do not have access to view docs or change the status of a request that was submitted.
Assister Portal Issues: For inquiries relating to technical issues or support with the Assister Portal, please email the ARC. Assister portal password resets can be performed over the phone or via email.
