We are pleased to announce the following enhancements that were made to the shopping and enrollment platform on June 28:

• The enrollment platform now supports termination of private plan coverage at the member level. Consumers will have the option to terminate coverage for individual members or the entire policy. However, not that the subscriber cannot be terminated unless terming/cancelling all enrollees.
• Consumers and authorized assisters are now able to self-service plan changes (“reshop”) within their special enrollment period window. In the past, this required manual intervention by a MNsure representative.
• Households that elect to apply $0 of their advance premium tax credit (APTC) towards their current year policy will have $0 of APTC applied to passive renewal plan when renewed into next year coverage. Their passive renewal notice will make them aware of the $0 APTC allocation. They can make changes to their APTC using the enrollment platform.
