Ensure a smooth recertification process this year by checking to make sure information in AMP (Agency Management Program) is accurate and up to date. Agency administrators should check the following information for staff on your roster:

• Agency roster: Change staff who are no longer active to inactive
• Individual staff: Contact information, especially email addresses, must be correct
• Directory information: Are the languages spoken and counties served up to date? Remember, only list counties where a consumer can meet with you in person. If a consumer chooses to search the assister directory by location, we assume they are looking to find a navigator with a location near where they live.
