New Staff Certifying in July

MNsure is preparing to update all of our courses for the 2023-2024 certification period. The recertification process will begin in early August. As part of that transition, all current courses will be removed from the MNsure Learning Center at the end of next week. 

Newly certifying assisters who are currently in the process of completing training have options to complete the coursework:

• Complete the 2022-2023 version of the training currently assigned by midnight on Friday, July 28 (this includes passing the course’s final assessment). If the 2022-2023 version of Core Curriculum and/or Role-Based training is completed by July 28, it will still be acceptable for certification after August 1. 
• If any course is not completed by July 28, the individual can complete the 2023-2024 of the course when it becomes available in early August. If they were part-way through a course or had not passed the assessment, they will need to restart the course from the beginning. 

Note that everyone MUST complete the 2023-2024 version of the Data Security and Privacy/Accessibility, Compliance and Ethics Course, even if the 2022-2023 version of the course was completed recently. If an individual is just starting the training process now, they may consider waiting to start training until the new version of this course is available in early August.
