The dates for MNsure’s open enrollment period will be Wednesday, November 1, 2023, through Monday, January 15, 2024.

Coverage deadlines are:

• Friday, December 15, 2023, for coverage starting January 1, 2024
• Plan selections made between December 16, 2023, and January 15 will be for coverage starting February 1, 2024

We will announce details on open enrollment hours of operation later.

Online Application to Get New Look and New Functionality This Weekend

The Minnesota Eligibility Technology System (METS) will be unavailable on Sunday, August 6, as exciting updates are released. Starting on Monday, August 7:

• The consumer-facing application will be upgraded with a new user interface, changing the “look and feel” of the application experience. This week’s /assets/2023-August-Navigator-CAC-Webinar_tcm34-586505.pdfstatewide navigator webinar included screenshots previewing the changes.
• All steps of the process will be available on a mobile-friendly platform – account creation, application and enrollment – giving consumers and assisters the flexibility to use mobile devices to apply and enroll.
