Through a new special enrollment period (SEP), individuals will have until the last day of the fourth month after their last day of public program coverage to select a qualified health plan (QHP). This SEP is for individuals who did not act during their 90-day continuous coverage unwinding SEP opportunity. 

Details about this SEP:

• Available to individuals who lost their public program coverage effective July 1, 2023. 
• Individuals who wish to take advantage of this SEP, must call MNsure. This SEP cannot be completed online.  
• Individuals have until October 31, 2023, to contact MNsure to be eligible for this SEP.
