Kari Koob serves as MNsure’s chief financial officer. Koob joined MNsure in 2015.
Koob leads MNsure’s budgeting, accounting and financial reporting efforts, as well as providing support and strategic direction for all aspects of MNsure’s business operations.
Previous to this role, Koob has served as a management consultant and interim executive, worked with large health care systems, advocated for small clinics and nonprofit entities, and improved the operations framework and internal controls for safety-critical manufacturers supporting automotive, biotech, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage industries.
She holds an undergraduate degree in business and accounting from Purdue and has received graduate school training in government accounting and appropriations law.
