Creating a technical infrastructure for the MNsure marketplace was a complex undertaking. The scope of the project included:

• Deliver all performance functions MNsure (eligibility determinations, enrollment, display of health plan options and costs, etc.)
• Modernize technical capabilities for Minnesota's Medicaid systems (Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare)
• Construct provider quality information interfaces
• Ensure that certification roles can be fulfilled
