    Medical Plans - 2023 New Plan Designs

    All Medica plans have one deductible for medical and pharmacy combined

    $0 PCP: Offers $0 Primary Care office visits, Urgent Care visits, Convenience Care, Mental Health and Substance use disorder office visits, Chiropractic office visits

    • Offered in several states and different metal levels

    Basic Plan: Another copay option for Greater MN with lower co-payments for PCP office visits

    Premier Plans: Low deductible plan offered at the Bronze level. Office visit copay applies once the deductible is met. $0 Primary Care office visit copay after deductible. Deductible does not apply to most pharmacy benefits.

    • Offered at the Bronze level in several states

    HSA Plans: High deductible plan compatible with HSA account

    • One plan now have co-pays after deductible for pharmacy benefits (AZ only)
    • Many HSA plans have decreased deductibles for 2023
    • Many HSA plans have decreased coinsurance for 2023
