Broker Service Line Hours

  • 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
  • 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday (opens later due to training)

2021 Open Enrollment Hours

Starting November 1, hours for the Broker Service Line and MNsure Contact Center will change for open enrollment. Note that Saturday hours will begin in December (see exceptions below). In November, assisters can call the Contact Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays to request password resets.

Standard OE hours for the Broker Service Line

  • Monday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Broker Service Line Exceptions

  • Sunday, November 1: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Veteran’s Day, Wednesday, November 11, Broker Service Line will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (normal hours)
  • Closed November 26, 27 and 28 for Thanksgiving
  • Saturday December 5 & December 12: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Extended hours for Deadline

  • Saturday, December 19: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, December 20: Closed (assisters can call the Contact Center from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for password resets)
  • December 21: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • December 22: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
