ARC Assister Portal Access Procedure

To gain portal access, the assister must be certified, pass assister portal training, and have authorization from their agency to have an assister portal account (through the Agency Management Program). The assister must have a specific email that is only accessed by them in order to have an assister account (i.e. or is not acceptable).

  • Checking on assister portal access for new employees should be done by email.
  • Assisters that need their reference number for an assister portal for an existing account can get that information by contacting the ARC.
