To gain portal access, the assister must be certified, pass assister portal training, and have authorization from their agency to have an assister portal account (through the Agency Management Program). The assister must have a specific email that is only accessed by them in order to have an assister account (i.e. info@assisterorg.org or intern@assisterorg.org is not acceptable).
