2026 Open Enrollment Dates and Deadlines
The 2026 open enrollment period begins on Saturday, November 1, 2025, and continues until Thursday, January 15, 2026.
Coverage deadlines:
Plan selections made between December 16 and January 15 will be for coverage starting February 1, 2026.
2026 open enrollment hours beginning November 1:
Standard weekday hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Tuesdays: 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (open an hour later due to training)
Extended weekend hours:
- Saturday: January 10: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Extended weekday hours for open enrollment deadlines:
- January 12, 14 and 15: 8:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- January 13: 9:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Holidays and Early Closures of Phone Lines:
- All MNsure offices closed for state holidays: December 25 and January 1
- Early closure of ARC phone lines at 1:00 p.m.: December 24
Assister Resource Center (ARC) Hours
Regular business hours, outside of open enrollment
- 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday through Friday
- 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Tuesday (open an hour later due to training)

Instructions for Requesting a Secure Email
Emails containing protected health information (PHI) must be sent through secure email. To request a secure email for an inquiry that contains PHI:
- Send a regular email to navigators@mnsure.org, and in the subject line, type "request secure email."
- The ARC will send a secure email redirecting with a link to a secure site.
- Go to that site to set up an account.
- Secure emails may then be sent from that account to the ARC.
