ARC Background Check Procedure

To be certified by MNsure, an individual must pass a background check.

1. An approved authorized contact at the agency adds an individual to their roster online using the Agency Management Program (AMP).
2. See the Background Studies section in the Certification and Recertification section for the background study process details.
3. An assister-in-training will be notified of their appeal rights by mail if their background study results in a potential disqualification.
