Navigator/CAC Recertification

All MNsure certified navigators and CACs must be recertified before each open enrollment period.

2021 Open Enrollment Navigator/CAC Recertification Requirements

Recertification requirements for navigator and certified application counselors (CACs) who were certified for the 2019 and/or 2020 open enrollment period:

  • MNsure Assisters Data Security, Accessibility, Compliance and Ethics (complete training and knowledge assessment)

Recertification launched August 3, 2020, and must be completed by October 15, 2020, to maintain certified status for the 2021 open enrollment period.

Authorized agency contacts can use AMP to monitor staff recertification status.
