In April, MNsure mailed a verification notice to approximately 1,000 households where one or more members were enrolled in a qualified health plan (QHP) and had one or more outstanding verifications related to citizenship, lawful presence and/or incarceration status. Consumers who failed to provide the missing verification(s) whose coverage ended on May 31, 2025, should submit their verification(s) directly to MNsure. There is no need to call, as the MNsure Operations team is actively monitoring these cases for incoming verification documents. It is also important to note that MNsure cannot close the cases of those affected.
