Consumers who have one online MNsure account will have the most positive and smooth experience when working with MNsure. Before creating a new consumer online account, it is recommended that the assister checks with the ARC to see if consumer already has an existing account. 

If a QHP-eligible consumer has more than one account, the ARC can also help determine which of the consumer’s accounts is linked to their current open application.
