The next few weeks at the ARC will be busy and we want you to be aware of some trends that we are seeing.

• Numerous death dates have been reported for consumers who are still alive. When this happens, a life event change (LEC) is required to correct the application. These cases cannot be closed and require a call with the client present. Without an LEC, incorrect information would carry over to any new application.
• We are seeing many tax filing status and income change requests. These changes should be reported via the online reporting form. Prior to making the change, please call the ARC to verify the current income on a case. 
• For consumers with paper applications, creating a new online account will not be helpful as a paper application cannot be linked to a newly created account. For enrollments, please use the Shop and Compare tool to select a plan and then contact us the ARC for assistance with a manual enrollment.
• If you need to check the status of a case for someone who is not present, we recommend submitting a case status request form through secure email rather than making a phone call.
