MNsure has completed processing renewals for consumers currently eligible for a qualified health plan and updated their eligibility for financial assistance in 2026. We have resumed processing life events that have been reported.  

Remember: if a consumer is reporting a change to their 2025 income between now and November 30, both the 2025 and 2026 projected annual income (PAI) must be included. Beginning December 1, only the 2026 PAI should be reported along with an income change.
