Thank you to all the assisters who are using the online life event form to submit life events in anticipation of open enrollment. Please take a moment to review the following resources to make sure that you are submitting the information into the form correctly. Incorrect information entered into the online form results in many changes not being processed without MNsure needing to call out to the assister/broker to gather the information over the phone.
