When assisting a consumer with reporting their qualifying life event (QLE) for loss of coverage through their account by completing the special enrollment period (SEP) questionnaire, the date you enter for the consumer should be their last date of health care coverage. By entering this date accurately, the ARC/Broker Service Line agents are able to assist you with opening up shopping for the proper date for the consumer.
