We can imagine this is a very busy time for all assisters and hope your OE is going smoothly! We have noticed an uptick in applications with wrong names, social security numbers or dates of birth. Applications entered with incorrect consumer information are difficult for ARC staff to locate since the personal identifiers do not match. A great way to combat this is have your consumer review the summary page of the application and double check that all the information is correct. Another idea would be to have them review each person that you enter. Life event changes must be done to correct these errors, which can lead to delays.
