Paper applications are unlikely to be seen by the ARC immediately after they have been submitted and can take quite some time to be available in systems that ARC staff members use. Since counties process paper applications, they have more access to paper applications. If you are unable to speak to the county and you would like to contact the ARC about a paper application, please wait until three (3) weeks after the date of submission.
