When calling the ARC, assisters must alert the ARC representative at the beginning of a call if a third party is listening to the call. Representatives are only able to speak to the assister and, if applicable, the consumer. If there is anyone else in the room or on the line, including case workers, please notify the representative. The ARC representative will request consumer authorization to continue to the call.
