Representatives ask that assisters identify how many cases they are calling about when they initiate a call to the ARC. Doing this prepares the representative for their call with you. Please remember that there is an inquiry limit of three cases per call. This limit allows us to reduce call wait times for other assisters.
Assisters may be asked for additional verifying information about a consumer when calling the ARC. Sometimes MNsure’s contact management system record is missing information about the consumer and representatives are required to complete the record during the call with the assister.
