SEP and eligibility verification documents should be uploaded to MNsure for processing. In order to ensure all documents are matched to the consumers case and processed correctly, please follow these instructions when naming your file:

File names should include the consumer’s last name, type of document being uploaded and _1 (underscore + number). The number at the end of the file should indicate how many different documents are being uploaded. For example: 

• SmithTaxes_1
• SmithBirth_2
• SmithMarriage_3
