Manual need to renew (MNTR) cases are QHP cases where the income for 2023 may make them public program eligible. If your client is in a manual need to renew status, please check their account to see if the renewal notice is available there. If not, the next step is to call DHS to get a copy mailed. MNsure and the ARC cannot mail out the MNTR.
