Data Privacy: Please remember the ARC cannot give you information on a case if the person that is with you is not either the authorized representative on file or in a tax/familial relationship as listed on the case. We have encountered quite a few parents calling about their adult children and cannot release this type of information. In these situations, we will not release any information.

We cannot provide user IDs for spouses if the marital relationship isn't shown on an open case. It is easiest to call with the person that you are looking for a user id for.
