Please don’t report partial changes for households. For example, if you call and report the consumer has an address update, income change, and needs to add three people, we will need all of that information. We cannot just take the address change if the consumer doesn’t have all the other information.
Do not send verifications of income changes before the change has been processed. Not all LECs will require verifications and we cannot accept verifications before the change is processed. The exception is divorce decrees, which can be sent ahead of time since the change can’t be processed without it.;
