Policy Reminders and Closing Cases

  • The ARC cannot speak to non-certified assisters or assisters who are in training. 
  • Only ONE assister can be on the line during a call with the ARC. 
  • All individuals in the room or on the line during a call must be identified at the beginning of a call with the ARC. The ARC is still experiencing situations in which people are talking during the call that are not identified as being present.

Closing Renewal Cases: The ARC cannot close any public program case that has gone, missed or is undergoing renewal due to the public program unwinding. For these cases, the renewal must be completed.
