Manual Account Requests: As a reminder, if a consumer already has an open case, creating an online account won’t give the consumer online access to their existing case.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

PMI and case number are not acceptable pieces of PII and cannot be used as PII to verify a consumer’s identity.

Also, the last four of a consumer’s Social Security number is not always listed on their open case, especially if they are a non-applicant or undocumented. The ARC may need additional PII, such as address, email, and/or phone number to verify a consumer’s identity. Please allow additional time for the ARC to look-up a consumer if the last four digits of a consumer’s Social Security number are provided because this information is stored separately from their name and date of birth.
