Manual Account Creation Requests: MNsure submits account requests to MNIT for processing twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. The deadline for submitting requests is the end of the day on Mondays and Thursdays. To check the status of a request, please check your ACRe account. If the status of your request is "processing," the account has not yet been created. If the status of your request is "complete," then an account has been created. Inquiries and status checks must be emailed securely to navigators@state.mn.us or brokers@state.mn.us.
MNsure Life Event Processing: MNsure is currently processing life events reported on or before May 1. Assisters that have reported a life event online or through the ARC or Broker Line will receive a secure email with the results once the life event has been processed.
Life events for MinnesotaCare and Medical Assistance-eligible consumers are not processed by MNsure. For Medical Assistance renewal questions, please contact a county agency and for MinnesotaCare renewal questions, please call MinnesotaCare Operations.
