Household terminating coverage for 2026? If a consumer is terminating their coverage for 2026, complete the termination online and wait to call until after December 15 to close the application.

Qualifying for a special enrollment period (SEP)? Consumers who qualify for a SEP (such as losing public program coverage or loss of employer sponsored insurance) have until December 31 to enroll in a plan with a January 1 effectuation date. Due to the high volume of calls right now, consider waiting until after December 15 if you need to call to complete this process.
