As a reminder from last week, MNsure has a general upload area that is useful for uploading verifications for life event changes and some other verifications, and a separate tool to upload special enrollment period (SEP) documents. It is more efficient to upload documents to MNsure rather than fax. The links below must be used for uploading specified verification documents.

To be successful, files must at minimum:

• Be JPEG, GIF, PNG or PDF format.
• Not exceed 5MB in size.
• Not be password protected.
• Use only letter and number characters in the file name.
• Use less than 45 characters in the file name.
• Include the consumer’s last name and IC reference number in the file name.
• Use a unique file name.
• For more than one file, add an underscore and number to each file name.
  • Acceptable: ‘Doe_Jane_9955443308_1’ and ‘Doe_Jane_9955443308_2’
  • Unacceptable: ‘Doe_Jane_taxes.pdf’ and ‘Doe_Jane_taxes.Pdf’

Please note: Wednesday, April 30, 2024, is the last day for enrollments for loss of MA/MCRE from December 24, 2024.
